Steve Martin left the Royal Navy as a Warrant Officer 1 in May 2007 after 28 years service. He served in many ships and establishments with his last draft being as Executive Warrant Officer on HMS Chatham, where they were part of the UKs initial response force in the wake of the asian Tsunami (working in Sri Lanka). Steve is married to Helen who works with the Chaplaincy team at HMS Nelson and they have two sons ... Steve also stood in for King Neptune on several occassions ...
